“As a returning guest, it was a pleasure to come back again to the Sunshine Apartment. The owners and the team that run the accommodation are so kind and wish for you to have a perfect stay. The apartment is in a lovely area. I particularly enjoy the two big smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom when staying. The powerful hot shower. The peacefulness of the isolated apartment gives you maximum chance to relax. I look forward to returning once again in the future. ”

“Roads were very narrow getting to the hotel. Give yourself plenty of time! Bathroom not great, bodged fixtures.”

“The staff were excellent and very chatty and made you feel really welcome”

“El acceso a las habitaciones es complicado, especialmente para personas mayores. No hay nada cercano para comer o salir a conocer”

“Had a great overnight stay. Lovely room with view on golf course. Nice to have bath with separate shower. Reception team very kind and helpful as were the staff in Roosters restaurant and the breakfast room. I took advantage of the nearby included gym and pool (12 min drive or the hotel also has a free bookable shuttle). All in all I was very impressed.”

“I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”

“Recently completed refurbishment to a high standard of finish, with ample space and facilities.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience at B&B Hotels! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The accommodations were just what I needed during my travels, and I truly enjoyed my stay. Great value, great service, and an all-around fantastic experience! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend B&B Hotels to anyone traveling in the area!”

“Adorable, unique, peaceful stay with a delicious breakfast. Walking distance to everything in Derby. Would recommend.”

“Clean, comfortable and warm room. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of free parking. A generous continental breakfast with the option to upgrade to full English. Evening meal was delicious - a truly homemade chicken and leek pie. They also have an authentic Neapolitan-style pizza oven, so I bet the pizzas are good too. It's not often somewhere exceeds your expectations, but that was my experience at the Littleover Lodge.”

“Arrived on Sunday evening. Had been held up at an engagement but had a table booked during my journey for 20.45. Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. I stated that the booking said there was a 15 minute grace period and I had been stuck in traffic during my 2 hours drive, so couldn't help...
