“Room was very large & clean. However, the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Additionally , there was a wheel missing from one corner, which made the bed lopsided, with the mattress overhanging the side. Not at all conducive to a great nights sleep! “We knew the minute we arrived we were already going to be coming back in the future! Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Gave us all the information we needed. We had arrived early to leave the car and get the bus into Keswick. A lovely lady on reception took my number so she could ring if the room became ready earlier than the 3pm check in which was really kind! When we returned she took us to our room and let us know about breakfast etc. The room was SO clean, fresh and we got settled in...

“It was easy to find and had parking available for everyone it seemed. The location was good and it was easy to walk to downtown Keswick on the footpath. The breakfast was delicious and a good amount of food. Would recommend.”

“Recently refurbished, rooms were clean and fresh and kept the original features of the property. Bathroom was lovely and bath a great size although did miss the option of grabbing a quick shower. Bathroom needs a blind or curtain please otherwise stunning room.”
