Vacations Close To Magic Island

Location and price were good. Absolutely NO consideration or effort for early arrives and first room was dirty, bed practically on floor and air conditioner broken. That staff group was useless. NExt day the staff changed my room and were very helpful and friendly. Door lock kept failing but they finally changed it out on my last day. You get what you pay for but location was perfect!

We weren’t advised by Expedia or the check in at the hotel, regarding the resort fees which tapped out the deposit. It would’ve been nice to know ahead of time when there are additional charges.

The room was excellent, the view outstanding, unfortunately the bed was hard as a rock!

The silverware, pots, and such were not very clean, maybe sanitized but not clean. The room was old and run down, water marks on the ceiling, carpet was uneven, drawers in the kitchen stained and dirty, cupboard hinges broken, etc. the room was effectively x2 the "nightly" price acter you added "resort fees", taxes, and ammenity fees. It did have a new sponge, soap, clean towels and bed sheets, nice staff, and affordable clothes washing. Overall the room is useable, the pool was nice, and it looks like a lot of rooms are renovated or being renovated. Parking is $50 a day
