“We stayed in the annexe which was brilliant as it was a Saturday night and there was a do on in the main place. Couldn't hear anything from the annexe and had a wonderful sleep. Place was really clean, everything you could want, tea and coffee and biscuits, hairdryer, nothing bad to say about it.”

“Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family. I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression ! Thank you and congratulations to your staff Matt our stay with you was wonderful. “Very good staff; nice location; and this hotel has air conditioning. The ‘bad’ is that it’s trying to rebadge itself as ‘City Centre.’ It is not-there is a Premier in city centre and it’s not this one. The breakfast food deal is a nice option.”
