“No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed ”

“We booked b&b but with checking at 5 and checkout at 10am we had no alternative but to but 2 day passes for the spa at a cost of 140 onto of 246 for the b&b . The weather was great which meant the outside facilities came into play. The restaurant food was average I had the ragu tagliatelle which would have benefited from salt and pepper. My partner had steak with a peppercorn sauce which again had no flavour and finally deconstructed cheesecake with burnt honeycombe with was awful”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. There were biscuits and fresh milk which was a lovely treat! The radio was a nice touch and the TV had access to Netflix and YouTube.
WiFi connection was a bit hot and miss but wasn't a massive issue. The bed was very comfy. I felt very relaxed staying here. I will definitely visit again!”
