“Massive room with all amenities”

“It was not great the first day, the carpet was so dirty and it just bought the general feeling down. However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too. I am not sure who cleans it but it can be off putting. Musty smell through out the building like someone had been smoking in the hall ways and no one opened the windows there after Shops a little way off but if you have 30 minutes you can...

“It was a good location for Lords and Paddington walking. Room was clean enough although we had to complain as no pillowcases on thd bed this was dealt with reasonably efficiently after we called them.Didnt see any staff . Kitchen was okay had all we needed however we didn't think quality was of a very good standard. We couldn't sleep as room was too light and we didn't use the masks provided as they made sleep even less likely. Very low water pressure in the shower . It didn't suit us so...

“Mi estancia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado. A nuestra llegada se nos asignó una habitación ocupada, lo que obligó a un primer cambio. Después fuimos trasladados a la habitación 106, que presentaba graves deficiencias de limpieza e higiene. Tuvimos que comprar lejía y paños para limpiar nosotros mismos el baño y otras zonas, y aun así la habitación resultaba prácticamente inhabitable. Durante la estancia sufrí una reacción alérgica. “Relatively clean and comfortable, but it was next door to an Irish Pub and the walls/windows were not insulated for sound. Good news is they played a bunch of bangers! Bad news is they played them until 2 am. Great place if you're looking to party till late. Bad option if you want to sleep while it's dark...”
