“Unfortunately, the room didn’t make the best first impression. On arrival, there were two used bath sheets and a T-shirt left by the front door. Once inside, I noticed hairs throughout the carpet, on the bed and around the room. There was also a thick layer of dust on top of the headboard, which was particularly concerning as I’m very sensitive to dust mites. The room lacked basic information about hotel amenities, services and breakfast times/location; the only information provided was the...

“El acceso a las habitaciones es complicado, especialmente para personas mayores. No hay nada cercano para comer o salir a conocer”

“Súper bien, hotel bonito, practico y con facilidades de comida rapida y rica.”

“The hotel was very outdated and in poor condition. The bathroom was mouldy with black grout and smelt. The only natural light in the room was an emergency exit door. The overall look of the room wasn’t well kept with old furniture. Picture online very deceiving”

“Roads were very narrow getting to the hotel. Give yourself plenty of time! Bathroom not great, bodged fixtures.”

Arrived at the pub/reception at 20.53 (booking line stated I had a 15 minute grace period). Told rather rudely that the kitchen had closed ages ago. I pointed out that I'd booked a table for 20.45 to which the reply was 'well it's now 20.53'. “We welcomed the useful car park with my daughter’s pending wedding and ease of access to town. Room was clean but very hot although fan was provided but noisy overnight and didn’t rotate & only one window opened - Despite this and noisy guests in proximity - everything else was good. Breakfast and staff were helpful and especially at breakfast the staff member was pleasant and I noted took time to talk to guests and was very amenable. Thank you for a good stay prior to wedding. 😊”

“During 4 days, nobody made our room up….. ”
