“I normally stay in the other Madonna property in Panabo but thought I would give this one a try. Mistake for sure. Walking up to hotel security was watching phone and didn't acknowledge us. Reception did not have reservation in system. I went to use restroom in lobby and when I exiting some burly short-haired woman (sorry best I can do as no name tags) barked "what are you doing here?".
