Quite a disappointment

I normally stay in the other Madonna property in Panabo but thought I would give this one a try. Mistake for sure. Walking up to hotel security was watching phone and didn't acknowledge us. Reception did not have reservation in system. I went to use restroom in lobby and when I exiting some burly short-haired woman (sorry best I can do as no name tags) barked "what are you doing here?". Not exactly hospitable. Comfortable enough bed and good air con. No bottled water in room. Finally the "cooked to order" breakfast listed on Hotels.com is non-existent and the space looks like it has been empty for a long while. Save yourself the extra USD $25 and stay at the other Madonna property with their lovely kind staff and better location.
