“Where do I start... first I think listings that involve independent owners should be clearly identified on the website. I was unaware this rental was more or less an Airbnb, that isn't really connected to the hotel property. When issues arise the property could not address the issues IE: the electrical short in the bedroom lamp, the pullout bed falling apart, the inability to open the patio door, the random plumbing issues in the middle of the night with the toilet as if something was clogged...

“The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. “I felt like the walk from the front entrance was quite the distance and you could only catch ride shares from the front entrance. Discovered this the hard way. This particular room had to be close to the pool and club area as you could hear the music late at night.”
