The staff were pretty incompetent and I’ve never seen a hotel that charges that much not be able to tell you where you could get flowers. The pictures of the rooms are nowhere close to what the rooms look like and while they are gorgeous, there are no views. Except maybe of the McDonald’s outside. This is more like a two star hotel, not a four star.

Wonderful stay here and if I could give it more stars I would. The staff were awesome and very accommodating and friendly. We were put in a room over looking the mountains with the city view. My husband especially loved our room he was saying over and over again how much he loved it and thanked me for booking this place for our anniversary and the hotel staff gave us a free bottle of wine along with an Anniversary note of their appreciation for us choosing them for our stay. I’m looking forward to coming back to stay at this very hotel when we come back to visit. Thank you guys so much for making our Anniversary a memorable one. Jamesetta Clark August 2-3 2026 壟🍾🌹❤️
