Posadas en Isla de Brownsea

“Room was spacious, great shower. However the room we were in (an upgraded room) was over the kitchen and every morning at 7am something started up and all we could hear was the hum of it which is annoying when you would like a lie in. We ate both nights in the pub. The food is good but very pricey. On our 2nd night we both had a special which was gammon, 1egg, chips, pinapple and piccalily. “Room was impeccably clean, staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and quality food. Parking was easy to find, and there was lots of room! It was nice to walk around the village, there was so much to see and shorts walks got you seeing so much!”

“The room we stayed in needs a good clean and renovating. It was dirty in many places and you could see daylight around the edge of the door. Outside our room was someone’s drawers with their personal belongings in. They’d been there most of the day. We got woken up really early with staff chatting outside. All round not a very good stay at all. Great location though.”

“Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good.
