“Servicio y lugar”

“No hotel staff at reception when we arrived at 6PM, the key was provided to us by a local ranger. the wifi does not work at all, we reported to the ranger that gave us the key but he could not help. he tried to call the hotel responsible but they did not really care. we could not connect to wifi at all during our stay. The apartment was not clean at all, cobwebs in every corner. ”
