O lodje é bom, ficamos em uma tenda! O custo-benefício valeu a pena. A comida é boa mas sem variedade. Os safáris são legais mas os carros não possuem capota em caso de chuva, ou seja, será um safári raiz! Colaboradores atenciosos. O transfer achei que estava incluso, pois quando me ofereceram não falaram sobre valores extras, então fui surpreendida no check out. De modo geral, recomendo a experiência.

A proposta principal de um Safari Lodge é proporcionar aos hóspedes a experiência de avistamento dos animais com um mínimo de conforto. No nosso caso tivemos a pouca sorte de pegar 2 dias com chuva e o hotel não disponibiliza carros com cobertura, apenas entrega uma capa descartável de baixa qualidade e sem mangas que não protege contra a chuva e tampouco contra o frio. Você percebe o quanto o hotel deixa a desejar quando vê que os hóspedes de outros hotéis fazem o game drive em carros cobertos e utilizando uma capa de couro forrada com lã. A falta de preparo do hotel para lidar com a chuva comprometeu completamente a nossa experiencia. O próprio guia demonstrava desconforto em dirigir com frio e chuva. Alguns hóspedes chegaram à antecipar o check-out diante do desconforto. E o que mais me chamou atenção foi que em nenhum momento nenhum funcionário do hotel questionou como estava sendo a nossa hospedagem. Outro ponto que chamou a minha atenção foi a falta de cuidado com a limpeza do quarto. Os funcionários entravam no quarto, arrumavam o lençol de cama, mas não recolhiam garrafas vazias e nem mesmo os copos em que bebemos os drinks de boas-vindas. As taças permaneceram no mesmo lugar durante toda a hospedagem. Outro ponto que pode ser melhorado é a oferta de opções diferentes de alimentação. Só é disponibilizada uma única opção por refeição.

O lugar é perfeito! Tratamento de primeira, paisagens lindas e os quartos então nem se fala. Os games de Safari são maravilhoso! Uma experiência única. E se puder falar, o guia Sean, sensacional, além de ter um faro maravilhoso para rastrear os big five! Com certeza voltarei e recomendo a todos que pensam em ir até a África do Sul, ficar nesse hotel!

Foi maravilhosa nossa estádia, mas notei algumas coisas que poderiam melhorar ... - Variedade de comida no almoço e jantar. Acho que poderia ter mais de uma opção, nao gosto de carne de avestruz, mas acabei comendo pois foi o que foi oferecido. Mas acredito que poderia ter tido mais variedades. - Bebidas, nem sempre a pessoa ficava lá, e me incomodava um pouco, pois fui lá naquele momento para pegar e nao pude ter acesso. Depois do jantar, também queria tomar uma cerveja, mas a porta estava fechada, o que frustou um pouco e me fez ir dormir mais cedo. - Animação, entendo que por ser dentro de uma reserva nao dá para ter nenhuma extrapolação, mas senti falta de um clima africano nas noites, com musicas, apresentaçoes, acho que ficaria maravilhoso! - Achei o porterio da reserva antipatico, cara fechada! Quando chegamos com o carro, nao nos sentimos muito bem-vindos, foi de pouco papo, e ele ficou do nosso lado com a cara fechada até chegar o carro. E quando ele colocou nossas malas no transporte do hotel, pediu gorjeta, mas acabamos dando pois ficamos sem graça. - Safari foi ótimo, eu esperava ver mais quantidade de animais. Nao me refiro aos Big Five apenas, mas ter mais numeros de outros animais, tem hora que só viamos mata, mata e mais mata. - Quarto, fiquei frustado. Nos colocaram em um que dava divisa para outro quarto. Meio que nos deram 2 quartos, pois o banheiro ficava no meio dos dois, ai no meio da noite para usar o banheiro tinha que sair do quarto e frigobar tbm.

Essa foi a pior hospedagem olhando custo benefício das nossas vidas. O custo foi em torno de 1000 dólares a diária, esperávamos algo incrível! Uma pena…. O all inclusive é igual a uma pensão completa, o quarto super antigo, nosso game driver terminou 30 minutos antes. Nos deram um papel com horários e uma mensagem no WhatsApp, nenhum tinha a mesma informação, o que nos fez perder o café. Estamos 100% descontentes e insatisfeitos com oque recebemos pelo o que foi pago.

Wir waren zwei Tage in der Lodge, welche erst seit gut einem Jahr in Betrieb ist ( vorher war es eine Hunting Lodge) Das Paket umfasst AI und zwei Game Drives pro Tag. Essen war sehr gut, Lodge ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Schöner Pool. Am zweiten Abend gab es Boma, welches ausgezeichnet und sehr stimmig war. Getränke waren jederzeit und in großer Auswahl vorhanden. Die Game Drives finden jeweils um 6 Uhr früh un 16 Uhr Nachmittags statt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und das ganze Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Einfach ein absoluter Traum und jeden Cent wert! Mit eigenem Wasserloch, welches immer steht’s gut besucht ist. Saubere, helle große Zimmer. Fantastisches Essen und sehr gute drinks erstklassiger Wein. Diese Unterkunft macht den Urlaub unvergesslich! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent und setzt jeden Wunsch um.
