“We were fine, just plates for microwave too big, no knifes and forks, no spoons if needed in the room, freezer was full of ice blocked, safe key issue, toilet was leaking, had to put towels on floor otherwise all good for better future, management was helpful thank you ”

“Stay away from this property! I honestly don’t know how this lodge got its 4 stars. The way this lodge treats its guests is not worth even one star. We were given a shabby room, which clearly used to be a shed before. The parking space is so narrow that a taxi was asked to park within 30 cm from the door opening to our room, which implied that my family had to squeeze themselves through the opening. The management was immediately notified but ignored my wife’s request to move the taxi. Only when...

“Our room needed a lot of TLC, although clean, it smelt of damp and mould. The location and staff were great. The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and hot. Perhaps we just chose the wrong room (which felt more like a large shed).”
