My stay at the president Villa was absolutely phenomenal. I walked into a clean, well-kept room. The staff were incredibly helpful upgrading my room with a balcony to celebrate my birthday and it was such an incredible opportunity for me to sit at the bar with my welcome drinks. The breakfast was okay. I'm very grateful for the dry items as I do not consume pork. There were other options for me to enjoy breakfast. Plenty of shopping nearby, with the beach just a short 3 minute walk. I was in town for a conference and my walking time was just under 20 minutes to the convention center. I WILL BE BACK 😊

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful but like every other hotel on the strip it was outdated. Dirty window seals, views of trash outside. The staff was amazing at all hours of the day but the resort itself needs some more work

This loft apartment #316 worked well for me. I didn’t need anything fancy, but wanted to be near UMiami and the beach. Staff are very kind and in office till 5pm. Gave us a discount on bike rentals. Switched our room right away because air conditioner wasn’t working in original loft room. No toiletries provided. WiFi did not work well so I had to go to a coffee shop daily. The place was clean, all door locks worked, shower had warm water, free parking, and has an elevator.
