“We booked this hotel for one night through Hotels.com, but were never informed that late check-in was unavailable after 11:30 pm. Our flight was delayed, and made it to the hotel at 3am. Upon reaching the hotel we found all doors closed and no one at the front desk. Despite repeatedly calling and waiting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes, no staff member appeared.
