Great location, directly across from the beach, and easy walking distance to all activities on the boardwalk. If you stay here, be sure to go for breakfast at Jimmy’s, and for lunch, get a delicious cheesesteak at Cheesesteak Louie’s. Older style, family hotel with charm. Morgan at the front desk is a pleasure to deal with. On site parking is an asset and the quiet surroundings is nice to enjoy.

There limited parking spaces and the parking lot is tight in space, otherwise the motel accommodation was good. The location is very close to the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Estella and Morgan at the desk are great. One block from the beach. Beach badges were included with our stay. Housekeepers were all very friendly would definitely stay here again.

Charming motel located in the midst of what you need! The beach is across the street, the beginning of the boardwalk too, with other stores within walking distance. The staff were super warm and friendly, with a lovely lobby breezeway. The pool was perfect, and having parking and the rooms so accessible was key. We had a couples room, which was a bit small but was all we needed. The walls are thin, so neighboring voices were hears but it didn't take away from our experience.

The room was older but clean. I appreciated the LVT floor, carpet in hotels is not preferred. Our room had a small kitchenette which was very convenient . We did not have a balcony which would have been a fabulous add. Overall, very nice stay, staff was super helpful and very nice. Would stay again.

Rooms are clean, proximity to beach was awesome, I get it has some age and it’s supposed to be charming, my biggest concern was the electricity , outlets didn’t work in the bathroom , exposed wiring was in the bathroom, I couldn’t get a plug to stay in the outlets.(old and worn out)Probably could use one USB enabled outlet to plug devices into . I think an electrical inspector would have a stroke ! As a couple traveling, it was good because the weather was good. However, with all the families staying there getting near the pool was impossible.

Pros: Loved the location. You can park the car and leave it there all week. Staff wonderful. Semi-Cons: It's an older motel. Rooms were a little outdated. No microwave to warm up leftovers. Every time you turn the bathroom light on the LOUD fan goes on too. You can't turn the fan off unless the light is turned off. None of the Semi-Cons would keep me from coming back. The location and staff will have me coming back in the future.

Clean room , very nice staff, free coffee and bagels each morning. Free Wi-Fi. Nice swimming pool. If I had to say 2 things that need improvement 1. The shampoo and body wash dispensers in the room were old and did not dispense the products in a timely manner. Took several minutes to pump enough to wash 1 arm! Also. I would bring a fly swatter. Because so close to the ocean, if you get a backward wind from the bay you do get a few flies!

We booked the family room because we wanted a microwave only to find out when we checked in that some of the rooms come with a microwave. The family room would be comfortable for a couple with small children. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I didn't care for the toiletries provided, the soap and shampoo is a liquid provided inside the shower and was very difficult to get enough to wash our bodies. They did provide hand soap. The other problem is that they have three more rooms than they have parking spaces. We didn't move our car on Friday or Saturday because we were afraid we wouldn't have a place to park when we came back. All street parking is meter only. I was disappointed that I couldn't do what I wanted on the weekend. There is beach access across the street but no restrooms. The boardwalk is within walking distance.

Pretty clean motel, staff were nice. Very convenient location right across from beach so not much driving needed. They do offer beach passes but you have to pay $70 per pass. Or is refundable and takes a few days to be returned they stated.

Rooms need new mattresses. It was not pleasant to sleep on. Having areas of the walkway covered in wood caused me to trip several times. Overall it was clean and had a great location. Pool was maintained nicely. Wish they would upgrade vending machines to accepting cards.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying at this property. I feel this property is great for a weekend but not sure that I would stay there for an entire week. It's definitely an older motel which we don't mind cause we're not too fussy of people it's right across from the beach, which is very convenient and right next to the start of the boardwalk so again that is super convenient The air conditioner in the room is super loud so if you are a light sleeper like myself, it's a bit annoying. The refrigerator was set super high so all of our stuff in the refrigerator froze cause we did not realize it. The hotel was clean. The pool was clear like I said if you're looking for a high-end motel, this is not the one but is definitely doable for a long weekend. We will definitely come back again.
