Overall, we had a good stay at Royal Solaris Los Cabos. We initially had an issue because the room we received was different from the one we had reserved through Expedia. The front desk was unable to help, but thankfully, Viridiana from Guest Services found us at the buffet, listened to our situation, and went above and beyond to help. She followed up with us and made sure we were moved to the room we had originally reserved. We truly appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service! The hotel is in good condition overall, although the rooms could use a little more attention. We specifically chose this hotel because of the waterslides for my daughter’s birthday, so we were disappointed that they were unavailable during our stay. The buffet food was good, but we would have loved to see more seafood options, especially being in a seaside destination. Despite these details, we enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. A special thank you to Viridiana for making our experience so much better✨🙏

Exceeded all my expectations! The Altitude room with the beach front swim out pool is a must! It felt like I was in my own little private apartment in Cabo! Will definitely be back!
