“Great and clean room, all staff were so supportive and accommodating, great bar and spa and pool”

“Firstly we never saw any staff, a letter was left in a box saying "late arrivals" with a code for the door -we arrived just after 3pm don't think that's late. Room was OK with high ceilings but it did have electrical switches which looked dangerous so we did not use.”

“Loved the location, had no connection with management while staying or after our stay. It all worked well, and it was great with all its facilities. The only downside was the torrential rain and the spouting that hadn’t been cleared, so loading the car was like walking through a waterfall.”

“Thanks to all involved. This was super easy, room was spotless, easy parking, I wasn’t in my lowered car, so the steep driveway wasn’t an issue, but just an fyi for those with low cars, ‘tis a tad steep. Manageable, but steep. Staff were awesome! 11/10, will stay again. Gav”

“Would definitely stay here again! Only thing is that the A/C didn’t work properly for us over the weekend. Only worked on fan but not cold or heater unfortunately, especially since it rained over the weekend. But other than that, my stay was amazing!”

“Love staying at the place ! Stayed many times ! Rooms closer to lagoon are the best ones to book :). Beautiful resort friendly staff . Downside is the restaurant, food is limited and average in my opinion and needs a revamp of food choices”
