“Don't expect toilet paper unless you're willing to pay a massive upcharge! New boutique hotel in mint condition and great location in Maida Vale. Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had too many unusable amenities in lieu of just useful space. How anyone could cook anything in...

“Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September.”
