“Big room, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Convenient breakfast already in our room when we arrived. It was a little tricky finding the right place to park on our first day but the owner directed us and we had no problem after that. Very convenient for visiting Stonehenge, Salisbury, and Old Sarum by car. Ate dinner on the same street at the George Hotel.”

“Our room was very dirty. There was pink scum around the basin and bath. Cobwebs above the bath. The laminate flooring was uneven and chipped. There were food crumbs in the bedside drawers. I don’t think this room has been cleaned for a while. Breakfast was ok. The fridge where the bottle milk was kept in the breakfast room had dirty stains and hair on the bottom of it. I’m glad the milk was in capped bottles. The staff were very friendly. I guess this place was cheap for a reason!!!”

“Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was a little tired. A big car park for about 14 cars was a big plus. The road system is a little complicated and busy, so advanced planning how to access the car park is recommended. The full English Breakfast was provided bang on time and was adequate. I would suggest that they introduce cornflakes, marmalade and any fresh fruit or yoghurts. We also had to ask for second cups of coffee/tea.”

“What a little gem of a place. It was unique & we'll never forget walking in the river, which is next to the place. It was special & perfect for exploring Salisbury. Room was clean & breafast was amazing.”

“I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.”
