Vacations Close To Enchanted Rock Fissure

The hotel has been beautifully updated since the last time we have stayed here. We loved how close the location was to shopping and restaurants.

Night crew (Fernando, Rosa the whole and team) were great. We had a great time there.

When we checked in the clerk checked us into a room "that might be having issues with the air conditioning" this is in August in Texas. After taking our luggage up to the room, the room was at 82, we started to unpack thinking that it might go down, but after a few minutes it went to 83. When leaving the room the maid told us that that they were continuing to put people in the rooms being aware of the problem. We went back to the check in desk and were given a new room 0 lo(upgrade) that we appreciated, but we're told either to get our bags back to the lobby and they would give us new keys. Or we could go to the room and wait and they would bring us new keys. Waited and waited, then went back to the desk,and were told that we were to call when we were ready, when I had told him that we would be ready to move in 10 seconds Even worse was that the parking lot had no posted charges. and the signs s a I'd that if we left without registering on their qr code we be charged regardless and fined. After scanning the qr code the charge for parking was $45 + 11% surcharge

Valet was very courteous helpful and quick with our belongings. Desk lobby was very friendly too. Our room was very clean so was the restroom with plenty of towels.
