Vacations Close To Hye Meadow Winery

Checking was supposed to be at 4pm. We were not able to check in till 5pm . When we entered the room the beds did not have sheets no towels no shower curtain! The floor was a mess. Spoke to the person in front desk and they did said they could change our room or give us a discount for the huge inconvenience.

Good comfortable hotel well positioned in San Antonio. Rooms comfortable but inexplicably have “full size” beds that felt small. Cocktails and bar menu good but our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Food mediocre and expensive, understaffed and zero ambiance. Will stay again but have meals offsite in future. Pool was good but zero service up there and ran out of towels constantly.

Pretty nice and unique place.

The property is conveniently located. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked. Very nice kitchen and living area. The bathroom is spacious. There is generous closet storage. However, parking is a nightmare since the property uses a contract service for valet services. My family had a total of three cars and each car was treated differently. My ar was the last to leave and my husband and I waited 30 minutes to get our vehicle even though it was listed as number 1 in the queue. Public parking may be difficult to find if there is an event downtown. Additionally, the street noice in the evening includes loud mufflers and loud music coming from the vehicles. Each room is equipped with a sound machine which helps with sleeping but it does nothing if you are trying to have a conversation or watch TV. Staff was friendly and helpful if you don't include valet services.
