“Property had some great facilities, beach, gym and water sports all positives. Rooms a little tired, food very mixed bag and staff genuine and super nice people, but a little ineffective at the same time. A basic example was no water on the room on arrival, checked with reception who said it’s housekeepings fault, ask them the following day, they said it’s not them it’s reception and we never received any water. I think it’s too strong to say we regret staying here but I wouldn’t stay again....

“Last minute stay required due to flight cancellations. Resort was extremely accommodating. Cafe meals were superb and reasonably priced. Housekeeping staff, in particular Margaret, were wonderful. Overall would highly recommend.”

“We had an excellent stay. Staff were super friendly, food was great and the water sports were a big hit with the kids. There were a large number of mosquitoes on the island, make sure you bring insect repellent with you.”

“Had a bad experience when a hotel driver didn’t collect us as scheduled at night and we felt in danger. Didn’t feel like evening staff knew much about the tours or options for transport available. Parts of the hotel room were broken such as the security latch on the door and fan knobs. Wardrobe doors wouldn’t close. No options for streaming on the TV without compatible devices. No snorkels available for use or hire. Felt it really wasn’t a 5 star hotel standard.”

“Loved our stay. Staff were amazing. The snorkelling was great, just as expected. Hideaway is very relaxing, quiet with few residents. Even with day trippers, it didn't seem that busy. Food was great. Not alot of options but this the Beach Bar near by, there is plenty for all. Will definitely be going back.”

“El hotel en sí está bien. Es un apartahotel, con habitaciones con cocina, cosa en la que no me fijé. La gente del servicio es muy atenta, pero te tienes que acostumbrar al ritmo del Pacífico, con calma. Tienen wifi gratis en la recepción, no es una maravilla pero es constante, así que con paciencia ni tan mal. Lo malo es que el hotel queda un poco a trasmano de todo Port Vila, por lo que te tocará andar un rato medio (+/- 15min) para llegar al centro. La comida, sin ser una maravilla, está...

“The staff are amazing, if not for this wonderful crew The Moso would not be what it is without them. Their beautiful smiles, they remember everyone’s names and ensure every part of your stay is catered for. Remember there are no shops near by other than the village shop which holds minimal items, so pack the extra nibbles and treats. The bistro at the resort ran out whilst we were there. Remembering you are on a secluded island & delivery of items can take time.”

Snorkeling, paddling boarding, sea kayaking, and private access to water within steps of our bungalow. The staff was kind, friendly, and absolutely wonderful. We loved it here!”
