“We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Resort. We were able to get interconnected rooms for our family of five and this worked out well. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and all the little spots to relax, and the staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Buffet breakfast was reliable - pizzas at the pool were fantastic and we loved the fire show! Only real downside was the location, a shuttle service to and from town would have been...

“Liked the options for pools and snorkelling. Rooms are a bit tired and need some maintenance but wasnt expecting perfection. Boat to the mainland is very convenient. Main negative was the fact that we were sent an early bird special link to book massages and experiences, so we did but then when on the island they tried to charge full price. It took 3 separate conversations on 2 days to have the prices corrected. This took time from our holiday. An idea is also to put a small bar at the beach...

“Staff were very helpful. The resort was beautiful.”

“Very picturesque. Snorkelling just off the beach. Breakfast included with room price and really good. Afternoon and evening meals also very good. Staff very friendly and very happy it’s a real tropical little island with 24hr ferry access to the mainland. What’s not to like?”

“We had a great stay! The pool is great for the kids, access to snorkel on the beach and great food onsite. I was travelling with just myself and my two small boys and felt super safe and comfortable the whole time!”

“Beautiful view of the lagoon from the room. Location is great, the resort is in a quiet location but close enough to town and amenities. Food at the restaurant is very good. The staff are very friendly and quick to respond. Would stay again next time.”

“Una estancia muy agradable gracias al entorno, la forma de ser del personal del hotel y la ayuda prestada cuando requerimos de informaciones. ”

“Superbe hôtel”

“Wonderful stay and welcoming friendly staff in a beautiful location.”

“For our first time in Vanuatu we managed to book 2 nights here before moving over to Port Vila for the remainder of our trip. The transfer from the airport to the banana boat and then welcome to the hotel was great after a delayed flight. If you have mobility issues, this probably isn’t the place for you as you’ll need to manage your bags on a floating pontoon. The staff are all incredible and so kind. We checked in to villa 2 and while we booked through Expedia, we were sent a text long...

“Lelife is set in beautiful gardens next to the sea. I stayed in a tent that was well set out. There was a kitchen that could do with more utensils etc. The shower was hot and clean. The food in the restaurant was very good. The staff were very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at Llife.”

“There were some disparaging comments left previously which didn’t put us off, so let’s address them. Dates: it is a little dated, if you’re expecting a “resort” like the Ramada, it’s not for you. It’s a well maintained family style resort where the staff are fantastic. The breakfast (delivered to your room) is a little different but perfectly adequate for your needs. It’s different but very enjoyable with the staff the absolute high point”

“Great stay the people are lovely the breakfast was always fresh”

“Beautiful beach front villa with very helpful friendly staff and great restaurant.”

“We had a really good time at Retreat Seaside. The bar has a nice view and is a great place to socialize. The staff is very friendly and Chris the manager is a great guy. Good value for money. ”

“Hi Island Magic Resort is a little bit out of Port Vila which we enjoyed. We also loved the self catering....could get fresh vegies and fish from the markets but also great to have Birdies cafe on site after busy day snorkling etc. The food was delicious especially the specials and the staff were lots of fun. The villas were lovely and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It's also an easy walk to Tanna Coffee which was an added bonus.”
