“Clean room, nice furniture, bright lighting, good WiFi, comfortable bed, clean bathroom with shower separated from sink and toilet. Restaurant with tasty food. Quiet surroundings, safe area, 2 km from the main tourist boat hub for Ba Be lake. Reasonable room rate. However, it is far from the tourist area, so there's nothing to entertain at night time. Highly recommend to seek quietness and good food.”

Cependant, il n’y avait personne pour s’occuper de nos bagages, nous avons nous-mêmes pris le chariot pour les descendre de la voiture (notre chauffeur nous a donné un coup de main aussi). “Stay for 7 days, the check in and check out was quick efficient...good reception customer service..the room was clean, bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the towels was clean, fluffy...Wifi was good...fridge was cold...daily room cleaning...the breakfast was good, cooked Vietnamese variety, hot pho soups, salads, coffee, juice..a decent 3-4 star hotel to stay at..great price$...it took care all of our needs to feel comfortable at this hotel.”

“Hotel was empty when I arrived. No one to check in with. Elderly man came from the rear and said, insistently, I was in the wrong hotel and should go next door. I showed him my booking and photo of the hotel. Young man arrived and gave me a room key. The room was good, clean, nice linen, good bathroom. Asked me to pay when I was leaving and had to again show my receipt.”
