“No pool. No elevator. Staff one is ok Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared”

“Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help. If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location! Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach. Negatives: I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in. The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep. The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night. The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

“Shower was broken so the water goes all over the bathroom, bidet was dirty, chair was obviously used up, bed frame is also broken. Front desk at the time of check in asked for a confirmation number even though I already gave her my Driver's License ID and she can just go ahead and check my reservation so it took me few minutes to find it on my phone coz it was off.”

“I booked 4 nights,but I end up transferring on my third and fourth night. There is no water from morning up to afternoon for two days.We cannot take a bath and wash our dishes. The host and the staff did not even bother to tell us about it not until we asked. I did not even get a refund.”
