“Wonderful stay! The bungalows are comfortable, the food is great, the personnel really couldn’t be any nicer, and the hotel is on the frontline of the sea within a short walk to the whale shark watching centre. The staff are amazing! ”

“Pros: Lovely staff, very kind and poligt and would do anything to help. If you are visiting to do the whale tour, it’s the best location! Terrace is lovely, directly to the beach. Negatives: I found a long woman hair on my pillow as soon as I checked in. The frogs barking at night wouldn’t allow us to sleep. The door has a glass towards the hallway, and the hallway has the lights on = The room was full of light at night. The hotel pictures do not represent the reality of the hotel....

“Room was spacious however, it was dusty and has a musty smell. Not well maintained. Wifi is just in public areas. Staff are helpful and the restaurants served good food. ”

“Excelente hotel, super recomendado!!!”

“Loved our stay, very friendly staff and comfortable beds. However cleanliness especially in the bathroom was not up to par. It also was smelling a bit moldy. None the less still enjoyed our stay.”

“The sink just just too low for me ..that's it.. but I understand why its so low”

“Charles Rahim loved the Emerald Biytique Hotel in legazpi because it was easy to park the car at, included a buffet breakfast and wasn't crowded. The rooms are slightly smaller but it still has everything. The staff are good. The hotel is within walking distance to Jolibee and its located in a side street off the main road which makes parking easier. No real view but liked it.”

“There were actually in the process of cleaning one of the pools but gave us access to another pool those actually more private and wave some fees for us excellent place great staff excellent food extremely clean nice rooms i'll definitely be going back”

“We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared.”
