“Close to places to shop and find good food. Staff is nice and very helpful. Clean rooms On our first stay we have to transfer to a different room 3X, first the air conditioning unit had a lot of water leak. The next was, the towel rack fell and the 3rd the room needed to be fumigated for pest control. Hot water control is not right. ,”

“During our stay, the region was hit by a 5.4 scale earthquake at around 10PM. All employees and guests were evacuated outside in the pool area. After sometime, we were allowed to go back to our room. The following morning, we were checking out and I requested for a late checkout of 2:00 PM. “Exceptional food. Friday evening buffet had Canadian Roast Beef and tons of seafoods. Helpful staff. At initial sunset lots of bugs for about an hour, that was the only part that wasn’t exceptional”
