“Después de 16 horas de viaje, tuve que esperar una hora para la habitación (llegando sobre las 14). Un viaje de negocios sin wifi en la habitación (por más que me decían todos los días que lo arreglarían). Se nota poco mantenimiento en las habitaciones.”

“I have stayed at the Serena several times over the past 20 years. In fact, of the 80 countries I have visited the Serena in Mombasa is still my favorite place in the world. The staff, including front dest staff (namely, Althuman) and the wait staff are outstanding. Many are long-term staff who have obviously been well-trained in customer service. The Maisha Spa is always worth a visit. The property is beginning to show signs of aging so I hope there are plans to upgrade it, while not loosing its...

“Beautiful great staff good food. Relaxing. Loved the India Ocean”

“Great stay. Rooms need some renovations to reach 5 star level. But iverall.i enjoyed my stay”

“Rooms were clean and spacious air condition was a big plus!”

“Great place and well run. There are parties every night with loud music and sometimes all night so forget about sleeping during the night.”

“The facilities are not good enough to my standards; nevertheless, the personnel of the Hotel is fantastic, all of them are kind, warm and helpful, if I come back there will be because of them not because of the hotel.”

“Amazing hotel! Specially the swimming pool!1”

“Vistas a playa. Pereonal amable. Bar correcto.”

“A wonderful boutique hotel, in the heart of Mombasa. This place is pristine: Room, restaurant, and all other amenites. All i know is that when in Mombasa, Premium Inn will be my first Choice. The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. If you're in Mombassa for business, Premium inn is the place to be. The staff is better trained than that of 5 star hotels. “las fotos de la publicidad no reflejan la realidad las habitaciones son horribles del año 1972 sin reformar no hay ascensor la playa sucia en general todo viejo nada recomendable”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very professional and attentive to all my needs. The breakfast was great and had variety of foods to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”

“I stayed at Hotel Sapphire for one night last week, and unfortunately the experience fell below expectations. The first room had an unpleasant smell and no hot water. We were moved to a better room, but the next morning there was again no hot water, which was particularly disappointing for such a basic hotel service. Breakfast was fairly average, and many of the staff appeared to be trainees or interns, which may have contributed to the inconsistency in service. My wife and I also used the...

“There are no elevators so you walk up the stairs with your luggage. There is no shower head, only a handheld shower with the thinnest of water to shower with. Breakfast was…. very regular at 1-star level. It’s not worth the cost! ”
