"旧家屋風建物・お風呂がとてもよかった。 食事時に不慣れな外人の仲居さんが一生懸命対応した後にベテランの仲居さんが気を使ってくれた。いつも客に不満がないかを確認していてプロ意識を強く感じた。とても気持ちがよかった。旅館の誇りは立派な建物だけでなくそこで働く人との出会いもあるので感謝したいと思います。"

"三連休中の中日に夫婦で一泊しました。 温泉は妻が気にいって入ってました。 夕食は、どの料理も調理してから、かなり時間が経った料理に感じました。 天ぷら 、焼魚など完全に冷めていて、とても食べる気にならず。 また、飛騨牛の陶板焼が出ましたが火力不足でなかなか焼けず、弱火で焼いた飛騨牛も食べる気になりませんでした。 配膳の順番も間違え、シメの料理の最後に刺身の盛り合わせが出るなどしました。"
