“The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. One thing I want to address is there’s a club next to the hotel that plays music til 4am and you can hear it if you’re on that side of the building so request to be on the park side to avoid the sound. Overall, great hotel”

“Hotel is clean, and staff are accommodating .”

“One of the best hotels in Almaty, family friendly, excellent spa facilities, and staff that gives you personalized attention, despite the huge size of the hotel. Excellent food, amenities and astounding park surrounding the hotel. A true jewel.”

El check- in pésimo. ”
