“Excelente servicio limpieza ubicación”

“Breakfast was great, everything is great just need more cleanliness”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. The workers were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Breakfast was great with many different options. Location was perfectly central to all the major Almaty touristy spots. One thing I want to address is there’s a club next to the hotel that plays music til 4am and you can hear it if you’re on that side of the building so request to be on the park side to avoid the sound. Overall, great hotel”

“View is breathtaking”

“Me gustó muchísimo la piscina enorme el sauna el vapor las masajistas tai. El desayuno y la habitación muy buenas. El restaurant muymalo. El check- in pésimo. ”

“Kind staff and good location. A bit expensive for what it is.”
