“This our 3rd stay at Kandaya. Sadly, lots of upgrading is needed now. We first had a deluxe suite booked. Foul smell was coming from bathroom, TV wasn’t working well and air conditioned was not functioning well. We eventually moved to a villa, which was better but bathroom needs upgrading, tiles from the pool were coming off as well. Gym definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Air condition was always not properly functioning and ALL equipments were so old, most were taped off and too old to use....

“The staff were 10/10. Ultimately professional, friendly, helpful, and resourceful. The view from the room was breathtaking. Sunset from the terrace was one of the best I've experienced. The suite was spacious. The aircon worked perfectly and the linens were clean, soft and adequate for our stay. The bathroom was overrun with ants and other critters.
