“It's a clean new hotel and the spa was amazing. Only 5 mins walk frm 1Batam Mall. Will stay here again. They have grilled on d spot meat for bfast buffet too.”

“Front office staffs were polite, helpful and friendly. Room was made available to us 1 hr before check in time. Room was clean and with standard amenities. Location just 5 mi s walk from Batam Center Ferry Terminal. Opposite hotel is a shopping mall that have a variety of food options, hypermarket, Starbucks, bakery etc.”

“Had a short stay in Ayola hence did not try out the spa. The room I had was a twin bedded and condition of the room was fine, except that there's no hairdryer in the room. The toilet had a bad sewage smell which fortunately for me, I had some lemongrass essential oil with me, which I had literally poured into the drainage and it helps, had to do daily for the 2 nights. Didn't use the swimming pool but heard from one of the house guest, that the pool needs cleaning. The Restaurant staff are...

“The staff is amazing, although the numbering of room seems confusing but the cafe waiter is patient enough to bring me to the right room despite it's not even his job - this is going beyond his duties and he didn't demanded any tips but he deserved one”

“Despite being a hotel that is quite old, we appreciate that the room was renovated to a modern look and we like the beddings and stuff. However the bathroom was a let down because sewage odour kept escaping through the floor traps. To cover the smell, the housekeeping use urinal mat, commonly used in public men's toilet urinals, as deodoriser, making not only the bathroom but the whole room (in fact the whole floor) to smell like public toilet.”

“The room was really dirty, from Toilet,Window , wardrobe and the interior,, it worse than 1 star Hotel. The pool was full of Non-Hotel resident, heard from them they just be there for swimming leason, the pools water was dirty and no towel provided for hotel-Resident. The Lobby, there were no Aircon as well and the restaurant where we had breakfast the menu was limited and very hot as well, it seems the Aircon was not opened Lastly I felt no-safe, the lift can be access by anyone, no need card...
