The Ambassador Transit Hotel was perfect for our 19-hour layover at Changi Airport. The clean, comfortable room and excellent amenities made it easy to rest, shower, and recharge between exploring the airport. The friendly, welcoming staff made the experience smooth and hassle-free. The room was well appointed and conveniently located with easy access from all terminals. The meal options were good to have along with the room. The bed was extremely hard and this meant sleeping was difficult for our sensitive backs and hips.

The room was clean, ac worked perfectly, bed was comfortable. The room had all the toiletries needed, even lotion! The staff was friendly and kind. Meal was bascially all you can eat for 45 mins. There were so many vegetarian options which got me excited since I'm vegetarian. Will definitely be staying here again for a long layover in Singapore.

PM flight from Bali and early flight out SIN-SFO. No customs and immigration needed for in airport stay. Added one one hour to 6 hour stay. Breakfast was very good just across fromt he hotel. Front desk arranged wake up, cart assistance to correct gate in a very timely manner in the morning.

Staying inside the airport was very convenient and less stress except atleast Expedia should mention that the rate goes every hour of $25 and maximum of 6 hours NOT one day. I booked and paid at Expedia knowing for one day when check in the hotel was only for 6 hours so I added $150 for the next 6 hours it was misleading. The property was very nice and clean. The front desk staff Ana (Malaysia and Ivy from Vietnam made me feel at home they were very helpful and gave me wake up call. I will be staying there again once I have lay over in Singapore.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was small and the bathroom was down the hall, which is inconvenient, but this was a short stay and both the rooms and the bathrooms were clean and modern. I have stayed here before, and most rooms come with bathrooms. The food at their lounge was also good and was included with the room.
