“They put us in the wrong room. We paid for a larger room but only in the morning did the receptionist advise us of her mistake. The room was comfortable and clean but I did slice my finger quite deeply on a broken tile around where a new shower head was installed. It was like a razor and needs to be fixed. We should also get a refund of the difference between the room I booked and the standard roomI received. It is quiet, bed is comfortable and the air-conditioning works well.”

“Fue una noche improvisada ya que el hotel anterior (Rosslyn Bay Resort) lo dejamos una noche antes por lo mucho que nos decepcionó. Y seguir con la ruta y escoger el Clarion fue un acierto. El personal muy amable. Nos dieron una habitación superior simplemente porque tenían libres y así tendríamos mejores vistas. Y así fue, unas vistas del puerto y del mar fabulosas. El hotal está como nuevo, todo impecable.”

“I stayed for three nights after a hospital visit. There were cockroaches everywhere and all the surfaces were dusty - I told the manager about it and she did not seem surprised or upset by this. Didn't even apologize. (I slept with a boot next to me to kill them). I had booked this particular stay before I got emergency flown to MKY for surgery and even though I paid in full and stayed 3 full nights after my release, she refused to credit / refund the stay that was booked for the days I was...
