Staff should offer detail information about purchasing the parking pass for the inner city in which the property is located. Parking was challenging. The air conditioner was not very efficient.

Staff were lovely but the room was very dirty (hairs everywhere in the bathroom and the bedroom itself with dirt marks on the wall by the bin). The shower head holder was broken both in terms of height and direction, it totally fell down so you had to hold it yourself to take a shower and the cold tap stays lukewarm at all times. Aircon worked and it was not noisy at all on a Saturday night which was great and the location was fantastic. Appreciate this hotel is a bit of a cheap and cheerful find and we only stayed for one night so it didn’t spoil our trip or anything, but at a minimum the shower should be functional and the room should be clean.

We absolutely loved our stay at Abatellis Luxury in Palermo. The suite was beautiful, comfortable and the perfect base for exploring this wonderful city. Tiziana was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She was always happy to help and gave us a really warm welcome. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Abatelis Luxury to anyone visiting Palermo. A beautiful place with a lovely host — we’d happily stay again!

DISGUSTING HOTEL!!! the moment you walk inside the lobby, the odours start! Rundown and dirty! Even though you put a do not disturb sign on your door, the cleaning staff will come inside!! No point of it being next to a bus stop, the buses in Palermo are never on time or don’t show up, taxis are super expensive and the city is filled with garbage everywhere! Horrible experience
