The Grand Hotel Wagner is a lovely hotel with a history. The location of the hotel was perfect for all of our exploring and close to restaurants and cafes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the size and comfort of our room. The breakfast was the best we’ve had so far in Italy!

Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Since Palermo is known for its gorgeous architecture, it seemed fitting to stay in a historic hotel. The Wagner is old-school large, beautiful, and gracious. I’m so happy the owners are preserving it. Staff are incredibly welcoming- not “stuffy”. Bar is a dark, cozy space to relax. Breakfast is the best we had in Italy. Robes are so appreciated for the traveler dealing with a limited carryon wardrobe. Location is fantastic for walking to sites, shopping, restaurants… my only request is to have in-room coffee/tea setup.
