“Room was dated but clean and had everything we needed for one night. On arrival there was no one at reception and we had to wait quite a while to check in, in spite of staff walking past us waiting. We wanted to get dinner at the hotel but the staff closed the restaurant 30min early and wouldn't serve us. Again we waited at the bar while three members of staff chatted and ignored us. Would not recommend the service here.”

“We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable.”

“Interior del hotel muy bien decorado. Habitación amplia (7), cómoda y calentita. En el cuarto de baño había un problema de evacuación del agua de la ducha. Punto negativo, la manera de recibir ha sido un poco impersonal y hemos tenido que pagar todo con antelación cuando hemos llegado. Personal del desayuno muy simpático, muchas gracias a ella por sus sonrisas y su ayuda. Desayuno muy bueno y completo.”

“Stayed one night the inn was nice and the staff very friendly. The food was good in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The car park was full when we arrived and my car was damaged overnight with no note left. ”

“No running water in the leisure building between 2.30pm and 4.30pm which we didnt know until we were already in pool so no showers etc. Kids in the adult only/spa guests only area playing in the jacuzzi/spa pool, roudy group in the relaxation room, reception apologised but didnt seem bothered. Significant mould in the cafe/reception area. Hoses laying untaped on the footpath. Rooms showing lots of signs of age and desperately in need of TLC (shower grout, peeling paint and wallpaper, frayed...
