“The cottage was very quiet and remote yet the road is no problem at all. It has a stunning view and there’s a walk route where you can explore nearby villages and farm. The cottage owner was friendly and accommodating. She prepared freshly baked scones, milk, coffee, tea, sugar ready on our arrival. She checked on us as well twice to make sure we’re okay. “We had a wonderful 1 nights stay on the way to Anglesey. Check-in was quick and efficient. The lodge rooms were warm and comfortable. The bar area had lovely decor (would have been nice to have been a bit warmer as it was a cold, wet, murky evening) and staff friendly and helpful.
