“The location is lovely; ocean front with a nice balcony to enjoy the view. Everything else was way below expectations. We arrived at 9:30 pm and there was no one at the reception; they just left the keys and an emergency number to call. The shower in one of the rooms didn’t work; the room’s décor was so excessively golden and overdone that I wondered if at some point it had been a love hotel, and on top of that it was already outdated. I really don’t understand how it has such a high rating.”
