We loved our stay at the comfort inn! It was nicely located and near a fantastic coffee shop slightly down the hill. The staff was friendly and the rooms were nice, maybe a little dated, but they were clean and comfortable! The breakfast was okay. The view we had was amazing! You could see the Golden Gate Bridge and The Palace of Fine Arts

Definitely the nicest hotel in the area and in a safe neighborhood hood. Easy to find being right off the main strip and I didnt have to drive up any huge hills, that was a plus. Not far from shopping or the wharf area. Clean rooms, breakfast was decent too.

Great location to walk to many city highlights. Wish a refrigerator was available and no stairs access from your room to lobby. Long wait for elevators in the morning. A sign to encourage patrons to eat and leave to free up tables for others to eat breakfast in the morning. If you want a sit down and eat, come early. Overall the experience was good.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel price considering how close it was to the waterfront. I expected less. The breakfast was much better than a typical "continental" breakfast. Jean, who works at the front desk, was so helpful and very pleasant. We will definitely stay again if we're ever back in San Francisco!

The parking is very hard to navigate, not much room to make turns into spaces. There isn’t a fridge or microwave in the room we were in, As far as everything else goes, it was not a bad place to stay. Friendly staff, breakfast was like any other hotel food, nothing exceptional but palatable, it was kept very tidy. I would stay there again if I were ever in the area again.

The hotel is in a great location. Although it is an older property, it is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was very basic, but more importantly, the hotel offers parking, which is a valuable amenity in that area. The staff was friendly, nice, and helpful throughout our stay.

We had a 2 night stay, beds were clean and comfortable. Our Bay view was outstanding! The breakfast was great, good selection of choices and staff were topping up items and cleaning constantly which was fab. The hotel was an easy walk to reach the waterside and Pier 39. Great location. Area was clean and quiet. Safe to walk around with my family. The hotel room was a little dated but with all the other perks we didn’t care. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other families.
