We had a lovely family stay at the Marina Inn. No frills, comfortable, and a delicious breakfast spread. This was a great "home base" for us as we traveled to activities around the Bay area. The desk staff and custodial crew were very friendly and helpful.

This place is perfect for a solo traveler just looking for a cheap and clean place to stay. The staff were all nice, my room was clean, and the included free breakfast was simple but great. The building itself feels a little old, but you’re going to experience this with most hotels around Oakland, especially near the airport. I was very pleased with my stay and will come back here for any future concerts I have in Oakland.
