We had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and clean, and the staff was overall fantastic. We especially wanted to highlight our server, Verona, at the buffet. She was wonderful and always welcomed us with a smile. We also appreciated the convenient car parking and enjoyed all the fun activities. We can't wait to come back! .

Very good They just need more nightlife; a nightclub wouldn't hurt.

Beautiful setting, different from most beach destinations. Rooms surrounded by trees with birds and goats roaming around. Very pleasant and peaceful. Just the right amount of nightlife too! The Martini/Piano Bar is great.

Disappointing Five-Night Stay!! Unfortunately, our stay at RIU Palace Paradise fell far below expectations. Our first room had sticky, slippery floors, a cockroach, and foul-smelling water leaking through the floor. The layout and enclosed balcony were also different from the booking photos. After several complaints, we were moved on the third night, but the replacement room also had wet, sticky floors. The Wi-Fi was unavailable all day Friday, preventing my husband from working remotely. When I left my phone in a taxi, hotel security provided very little assistance despite having cameras; another taxi driver ultimately helped us to locate the driver in During our five-night stay, management never followed up or attempted to address our concerns. Some servers were inattentive, and the advertised resort credit offered little value. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were very disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel
