We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. “Muy buena la atencion!!! Nos resolvieron un problema totalmente ajeno a su responsabilidad”

“Excelente para ir en familia y pasar el día”

“Friendly staff during checkin and checkout. Good amenities include all available in the kitchen. There is also a public kitchen with hotplate and stove beside the pool and spa, excellent for outdoor bbq.High efficient washer and drier ate in our room and made our stay much easier.”

“Staff were so friendly and upgraded us to a pool/beach view as requested, a few ants in the kitchen and room was abit dated but perfect location and amazing amenities.”

“The staff were lovely I was given a free upgrade and a complimentary meal voucher for a local restaurant which was nice. The room itself needs some work done the Foxtel connection was intermittent and the toilet flush mechanism was broken and the general room needs a makeover was dirty and dated, a lot of noise From other guests and the pool gate being slammed regularly was beyond annoying. Great location limited parking”

“My second time staying here and couldn’t recommended more. Staff is helpful, the room is perfectly clean and has everything you need, the bed is super comfy! Parking is free and the pool has a nice temperature. The property is very close to Trinity Beach and the neighborhood is safe. I will stay here again.”

“Amplio y cómodo, bien equipado. Un poco alejado del centro pero no demasiado, unos 10 minutos a pie.”

“We had an outstanding time staying at Citysider! The apartment was spotlessly clean with linen and towels provided. The apartment was spacious, easily roomy enough for a family with a large dinner table, and big sofa. The pool area is lovely, offering shade & a bbq area with several tables. The manger & his partner looked after us with directions and help, they were wonderful! Citysider is located close to the city, a 10-15 minute stroll to the central plaza where you’ll find everything you...
