Air conditioning throughout the hotel is a bonus but what really makes this hotel special is all the staff who are friendly and helpful. Extra £5 pp per day if you want cooked breakfast but well worth it as the choice is good.”

“We really liked everything about the Ollerod. Two thirds of our breakfasts were provided by Julie, who was so nice. We enjoyed chatting with her about the local area. The food was good and set us up for our busy days. We met Kim in housekeeping one day when we stopped by midafternoon. Our room was always spotless and looked as if we had only just arrived.
