“Welcoming staff and a beautiful location. Ideally situated for exploring the local area or down to the coast. Great beer garden and the Inn building is full of character. Accommodation was comfortable and very clean, with rooms tucked away in the upstairs of the Inn. So refreshing to stay in non-chain pub where they obviously care about their guests and deliver an uniquely personal service.”

“Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed.”

“Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good. This is our second time staying and it definitely won’t be...
