“Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September.”

“Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.”

“Good neighborhood, close to the tube station and groceries. Very easy to get around and to find it in the first place. Excellent communication with host. The apartments are VERY old - small holes in the walls, a missing frame around the door, stains on the couch, a shower head that isn’t working properly, sharpie stains on the dining room table, a wobbly fan etc. Lovely apartment, nice decorations just old and worn.
